Submissions
All submissions are property of the author or creator of the content. By submitting you are giving Theodore Media permission to publish your original work online in Temerity Magazine, Grizzly Groundswell Blog and any and all future publications, promotions and merchandise.
I ask that all submissions be totally original and not published anywhere else online or off before the launch date of the particular Temerity Magazine issue is published. One month after the Temerity Magazine issue is published you are free to publish and utilize your submitted work as best you see fit while allowing Theodore Media to do the same.
Theodore Media is not to be held liable for any misrepresentation, copyright infringement or other illegal activities perpetrated by submitter. All liability is fully assumed by the submitter upon submitting the content for publish in Temerity Magazine.
Articles- Consisting of around 1500 words of original content never published anywhere else with author brief bio and as many photos as you can find to enhance the text.
Photos- Must be original and property of the authors. If the photo is not the authors property and permission is granted to utilize, Theodore Media must have a written and signed copy of that permission before the photo goes to publish.
Puzzles & games- Enjoyed by all must be free of copyright and property of the submitter.
